Neighbourhood Support Waitakere needs volunteers with time and enthusiasm to help promote and support friendly, safe, and crime free communities.
So can you help in any way, however small ?
- In our office (resources, data entry etc)
- Contacting members (phone or email)
- Write Web content
- Newsletter production
- Fundraisers (sausage sizzles, book fairs, social evenings, raffles etc)
- At local public events
- Locate sponsors and donations
- New ideas
We are also looking for Street and Area coordinators in many suburbs. (see Guidelines for both in our documents)
Useful skills would include
- Organizational
- Journalistic
- Managerial
- Ability to get on with others
- Marketing
- Other
